Overview

Embark on a thrilling 6-day adventure exploring the iconic Masai Mara, tranquil Lake Naivasha, and the breathtaking Hell’s Gate National Park. This budget-friendly safari offers an unforgettable wildlife experience combined with scenic landscapes and exciting activities. 

Day 1: Nairobi to Masai Mara National Reserve 

Upon your arrival at the airport or your hotel in Nairobi, our friendly representatives will be there to greet you. You’ll meet your knowledgeable guide/driver, who will provide you with a brief overview of your upcoming adventure. Departing Nairobi at 7:00 AM, we’ll head southwards towards the iconic Masai Mara. Along the way, we’ll make a memorable stop at the Great Rift Valley viewing point for a short photo session. Continuing our journey, we’ll arrive at Masai Mara around lunchtime and check into the Aa Mara or similar lodge. After a relaxing lunch, unwind until 4:00 PM, when we’ll embark on an exciting evening game drive, exploring the renowned reserve until 6:30 PM. Masai Mara is famed for its spectacular wildlife, including the Big Five, which can be spotted year-round.

Day 2: Full-Day Game Drive in Masai Mara National Reserve

Start your day with breakfast at 6:30 AM before departing the lodge at 7:00 AM with a packed picnic lunch. Today promises a full day of adventure as we explore Masai Mara’s diverse landscapes and abundant wildlife. Keep your eyes peeled for iconic species such as the Masai Giraffe, Lion, Cheetah, Leopard, and many more. After an exhilarating day of game viewing, return to the lodge in the evening to relax and enjoy the accommodations.

Day 3: Masai Mara to Lake Nakuru 

Begin your day with an early breakfast at 6:00 AM. Check out from the lodge and depart for the famous Lake Nakuru. Arrive in time for lunch at Sarova Woodlands or a similar establishment. After lunch, enjoy an afternoon game drive starting at 4:00 PM. Lake Nakuru National Park offers diverse habitats and is renowned for its birdlife, making it a paradise for birdwatchers. Return to the lodge at 6:30 PM for dinner

Day 4: Lake Nakuru to Amboseli National Park 

After breakfast, depart Lake Nakuru National Park with a game drive en route to Amboseli National Park, famously known as the Kilimanjaro royal court. Arrive at Aa Amboseli Camp for lunch and relax before an evening game drive at 4:00 PM. Amboseli is home to large herds of free-ranging elephants and offers stunning views of Mount Kilimanjaro. Return to the lodge at 6:30 PM for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 5: Amboseli National Park 

Enjoy a full day of game drives in Amboseli National Park after breakfast. This park is known for its swamp grounds, which attract elephants and hippos in abundance. Keep your camera ready to capture the diverse wildlife and, weather permitting, the majestic peak of Mount Kilimanjaro. We’ll provide picnic lunches during the game drives, allowing you to maximize your time in the park. Return to the camp in the evening for dinner and relaxation.

Day 6: Amboseli to Nairobi 

Embark on an early morning game drive to track the wild cats and witness the sunrise over the park. Afterward, return to the camp for a full breakfast before departing Amboseli National Park. We’ll make a brief stopover in Emali town for lunch before proceeding to Nairobi. Upon arrival in Nairobi, you’ll be dropped off at your desired location, whether it’s the airport or your hotel.

• Tips to the Driver/Guide (Tipping is normal in Kenya – if you are satisfied with the service, a suitable tip is normally around USD 10 per person/per day for the driver/guide)
