Day 1: Nairobi to Samburu National Park: 6:30am departure 

Depart Nairobi early in the morning for an exciting road trip to Samburu National Park. Enjoy the scenic drive through the Kenyan countryside, making occasional stops for refreshments and photo opportunities. 

• As you approach the equator, stop for a fascinating photography session, capturing memorable moments straddling the northern and southern hemispheres.
• Continue your journey to Samburu National Park, arriving around midday. Check into your accommodation at Ashnil Aruba Samburu and indulge in a delicious lunch at the camp.
• After lunch, freshen up and prepare for a cultural experience by visiting a nearby Masai village. Spend the afternoon immersing yourself in the rich traditions and vibrant culture of the Masai people. Learn about their way of life, traditional dances, and artisan crafts. Capture authentic photographs of the villagers adorned in their colorful attire against the backdrop of the African landscape.
• Return to Ashnil Aruba Samburu in the early evening, just in time to enjoy sundowners and share stories of your Masai village visit with fellow travelers.
• Dinner will be served at the camp, where you can continue to exchange cultural insights and photography tips around the campfire under the starlit sky.

Day 2: Samburu National Park Exploration and Return to Nairobi 

Wake up before dawn to capture the breathtaking sunrise over the savannah and enjoy breakfast at the camp. 

• Embark on a morning game drive in Samburu National Park, focusing on capturing stunning wildlife shots as the animals become active in the cooler morning hours.
• Return to the camp for a mid-morning brunch, followed by some leisure time to relax and review your photographs.
• After brunch, perhaps take a refreshing dip in the swimming pool or participate in a guided nature walk around the camp to photograph the unique flora and fauna.
• In the afternoon, enjoy one final game drive in Samburu National Park, making the most of your remaining time to photograph any missed opportunities or unique moments.
• Depart from Samburu National Park in the late afternoon, bidding farewell to the wilderness.
• Journey back to Nairobi, reflecting on the incredible cultural experiences and wildlife encounters you captured during your safari. Arrive in Nairobi in the evening, with memory cards full of stunning images and memories to cherish for a lifetime.
